General

All items are sold subject to availability.

We endeavour to be as accurate as possible but please allow a small tolerance on cut items.

All prices and payments are in pounds sterling GBP.

We are happy to send small items overseas, please ask for details.

Refunds & Returns

In the unlikely event an item is faulty it will be replaced or a refund given.

Under distance selling regulation you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods. In this case the buyer shall be liable for return postage costs unless the items are faulty. Please contact us using the information on the contact us page if you wish to return an item.

Goods damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied should be notified within 3 days of receipt.

Postage & delivery

Postage is calculated automatically at the checkout by weight & size to a UK address. 

Small items under 1Kg & less than 300mm in length are usually sent by Royal Mail 1st Class.

Larger items, liquids & flux powders are sent by courier service.

Maximum length for postage is 1m (3ft).

We reserve the right to select the most appropriate dispatch method for the goods ordered.

Payment

Payments are handled on this site securely in association with Worldpay.

Most major credit or debit cards are accepted. We do not see or store any card details.

We also accept cheque or bank transfer. If you wish to use this method, shop as normal but select manual payment at the checkout.

Cheques should be payable to SY Model Engineering.

Unfortunately we cannot accept card payments by phone at this time.

Privacy

We will not sell or hire your email address to any other party.

We may occasionally use your email address to advise you of new products or special offers.
